Aboretum in Carlow

Really enjoyed our birthday lunch last weekend. The turkey crown with stuffing home made gravy fresh veg and potatoes were delicious. Followed by the fresh cream roulade and an americano. Lots of beautiful flowers to choose from and a world of choice in garden furniture and home furnishings

Beautiful place, lovely food and amazing garden centre

Still my wife's favorite haunt as it has years of memories for her. Not the cheapest, but the quality and selection is hard to beat - indoor and outdoor plants, aquatic section was a bit sparse on the last visit, but the restaurant is a local haunt, especially for Sunday dinner. Cakes are always fresh. Huge patio furniture and barbeque selection (Weber only), clothing store, kitchenwares and all the lovely smellies my wife loves, especially the waxes. Small selection of lovely garden and nature related books. Quite a lot and a lovely place to go have a coffee and just browse around.

Fantastic destination garden and shopping center with a nice restaurant. Plenty of parking. Pricey

What a fantastic place. Family friendly very reasonable in price and the food is delicious. The staff are very friendly I highly recommend here
