Small gardens and you need to pay fee even to enter coffee shop (not gardens). And queue, of course. Everything is very slow like it is supposed to be in this kind of gardens.

Fabulous hidden gem in Carlow for an afternoon ramble (with or without the kids). Has a lovely cafe and sells locally produced baked goods and crafts.

I visited this garden, and it was absolutely amazing! I had a great time there. Additionally, the garden was decorated with Halloween-themed items, which looked so good and added even more charm and attraction to the place. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We visited with our Community Care Group from Conna, it's such a beautiful place and our guide was so informative he knew every tree and plant and had even planted some himself, a lovely peaceful and thought provoking garden, well done to all, we had a lovely visit, thank you

13/04/2026: Lovely pub, good beer & food. Knocked down a star because of the older manager berating staff behind the counter while they tried to do their jobs, owners need to give him the marching order ASAP, would visit again, hopefully when that individual isn't there.

15/04/2026: Great place called in about a week ago looking for a cherry blossom tree & Sinead went out her way to get us one from Kilquade a week later . Great service & she rang & was there when we collected it. Very fair price. Keep up the good work. James Brennan
