Very kind staff. Great time for the whole family

My kids love the activities available. Soft play area always with adults, parents or older siblings, or older kids inside the areas with age restrictions and the staff won't do anything about it. Food is not great. Staff, with rare exeptions, they are rude, no patience, speaking in a condensing manner all the time. Maybe it's just with me, maybe they don't like foreigners, I don't know.

Brought the kids bowling but have also done laserblast and soft play. Kids loved it, great fun had by all 😀

Had my son's birthday party in Activate today. There was 13 kids including the birthday boy. While serving food they didn't bring food for 3 kids, and served it later. Finally when I went to pay they took 14 kids pay from me. When I enquired about this the girl at the front desk told I ordered for extra food portions that's why. When the manager came to the area, he noticed me talking to the girl at the reception. He said its fine and gave me back , the extra money taken for 1 child. I heard the girl at the reception telling the manager, there were 15 kids , and 2 extra food were served. I told them I don't want to take the money back, unless they check the camera and make sure there was only 13. Manager told its OK. But I still feel like , they gave me the money back as an offer, instead of an entitlement. It's 21.50 for one child. The manager and all the staff were really nice and helpful, but that girl at the reception wasn't pleasant at all all along and wasn't nice to deal with. I want to give 5 star review, but each and every staff is responsible for a business. She should change her attitude. I don't usually go in and write review for anything, but I felt like a thief today , by the way she pictured me to the manager, saying there was 15 and I purposely didn't include 2 kids to scam them. 1 staff can ruin the entire business, as I am never going back there anymore. I took lots of videos and photos of the kids while they were there, which clearly shows 13 kids. I still suggest activate as a good place for kids and the person who helped the kids with laser tag was so helpful.

Was here just a few hours ago with child HUD friends for some bowling a great spot for some fun don't miss out build lots of fun memories 😀

Brilliant, loads for all ages to do, staff are amazing and very attentive.

Update: things seem sorted, as I’ve been there a couple of times in the last weeks and the staff has been actively monitoring the age limit of the area. With that, it’s a very nice place to bring your kids for some play time. Went for the soft play with my 2yo kid a few times. The place is nice and completely cushioned, but not safe for the target age group at all, given all the older than 1-4yo kids and teenagers that play there, mostly unsupervised. They throw balls at smaller kids and provoque them, no one cares. Happened every single time I’ve been there, as there’s no access control to the 1-4yo area.

Bowling balls were too small for my hand 😔. But still had a great time 👍👍
