Al Fresco in Malahide

Nice atmosphere and good Italian food—nothing over the top, but enjoyable. Prices are a bit high, though expected for the location. Service was excellent and very welcoming, definitely the highlight of the evening. Only downside was being charged €3 per bottle for filtered water without being asked—two bottles were brought out and barely touched. Still, a good experience overall. Thanks to the staff for the warm service!

From the moment the Italian gentleman welcomed me into the restaurant after seeing me view the menu earlier, to the exceptional service, attentiveness and kindness shown throughout the meal and an insistence that I could stay on as long as I liked (as a solo traveller in a new town that was really appreciated) to the fabulous range of gluten free options. I couldn't fault this restaurant at all. The food was yum but the kindness of strangers made it for me. You made an old woman very happy, especially on the eve of Mother's day when you were so busy. You went out of ur way to look out for me. It meant a lot. Thank you so much.

The food, service, and atmosphere was incredible. It was our first night in Ireland and wanted a nice dinner. I had the steak and shrimp and it was so delicious. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the service was wonderful!

They served us very quickly and everything was delicious. They have a menu for 30 euros with first and second course which is quite good. I 100% recommend the cheesecake.

was here last night with 4 of my friends, I've been a few times but this is the 1st time of left a review. I can't recommend this place enough. I had Burrata for starter, it was delicious. my friends had Arancini and they said it was fabulous. I had rack of lamb for main and it was cooked to perfection. we shared a homemade tiramisu and it was the best I've ever had. keep up the good work Tony
