Fantastic lunch last Sunday.warm welcoming staff amazing food

Superb high quality food and service. One of my all-time favourite restaurants. Imaginative menus and beautifully presented dishes. Update: Oct 2023. Just had another superb meal. The quality and service never vary.

We managed to get a table without any booking due to a late cancellation, this place is understandably in demand! The service was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. The pork as a starter and the dessert for two is a must have. My girlfriend and I agreed that Aldridge is best value for money we have found in Ireland so far (we have been to most of the Irish Michelin list in Leinster.) If we were asked to define 'irish cuisine,' we would use Aldridge Lodge's menu. All of the family favourites, delivered to a very high standard. Thank you!

The food was excellent, Staff were lovely and very friendly and attentive. We were 5 people, and we enjoyed our experience and our food.

Always great to come back to this place. Amazing hosts and personnel, great location, beautiful food and a really nice break from city “noise”.

Delicious food and great service

Blown away by this place, a popular fine dining restaurant in Wexford, and it's easy to see why (check my photos!). The food is on the next level. There is a set price for the menu with a number of options for starters, main course and dessert, which was incredibly good value at €45pp. For starters, I had the crispy monkfish, soya chilli dressed vegetable salad, and spiced mayonnaise. For mains, I had the grilled Hook Head lobster, samphire, lobster bisque, drenched in garlic butter. The lobster was the star of the show, with a rich and flavourful bisque. Dessert, I "shared" the dessert board, chocolate brownie, chocolate mousse, apple cake with sticky toffee sauce, panna cotta (with candy floss) and a rice pudding, served with scoops of different flavour sorbets. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to make sure that we had a great evening and a bit of banter. We were so impressed that we have already booked a table for next year!
