Delightful find. Can't wait to return

Delicious food, we had cod, prawns, sardines, cod cakes (yum), it was all really authentic. We liked it so much we came for a second time. Highly recommend

We just had dinner here, we had delicious lamb chops, huge pork rib, arroz de pato, and another huge sausage that I don't remember the name but was very good. Authentic Portuguese food, super tasty, lovely owner (Mario is the name) and personnel, very good price (67 euros with drinks in 3 and we were really full...I actually am still full) will surely come back next time we're in Kilkenny! Very tasty authentic Portuguese food with lots of variety. A must for any trip to Kilkenny.

We arrived without booking, welcomed with attention, served by two kind women. The portions are huge, the meat delicious, the chips hand-cut. The prices, considering the generous portions, are more than honest. We are an Italian couple and we felt at home.
