Super nice pub with friendly owner and locals who make the visit worthwhile. Fun bartender (PJ)!

I had a wonderful experienced. The food's lovely and staff friendly. The place and music I love it. I'm thankful to my BFF Susan Joyce for choosing the place. 👍

The atmosphere is special here in An Chistin. All the tables are like separate places with their own interior, but all together everything is made in one stile - in interesting stile: you go from one corner to another, from one room to another and you can't stop wondering. There are a lot of historical photos of Carraroe, you can find people you know on them, even the words of the legendary song of Tomas Mac Eoin. So, it is not only a pub, but it is like a cultural place!

Just had a beer and listened to some life music. Lots of local people are getting together for a great time in an Irish bar.

I spent 2 weeks in ceathrú rua gaeltacht as part of my teaching training and spent a lot of that time in an chistin. While I was there an chistin was always busy with a great atmosphere here. The staff were brilliant and the live music every night made our nights and time in ceathrú rua so enjoyable
