Loved it..stayed during the storm..lovely staff were great...

We stayed here for two nights over Halloween,it's a nice hotel, the rooms are clean and comfortable,the food was delicious we had dinner the first night and two substantial breakfasts,staff are very friendly and accommodating, with special praise going to Siobhan on reception who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special,a real credit to the hotel, nothing is too much trouble, would definitely stay here again.

Check in was efficient, friendly and non robotic. The room was clean and pleasant and you can control your own room heat level. The evening meal experience here was not good in terms of my food. The waiting staff were local, pleasant, helpful and although busy gave their time. The menu has lots of choice. I chose the burger with chunky chips (bad idea). After a moderate wait (they were busy on NYD) the meals were served, but unfortunately the burger was just luke warm. After bringing this to the attention of the table staff they dealt with this professionally and a second burger was presented in approx 10 minutes, but it was still less that hot. The chunky chips were undercooked, burger bun also cold/untoasted and the plate cold. I made the best of it. I understand a degree of pre-cooking is involved in this sort of meal, but I would suggest either cooking from scratch upon ordering or leaving it in the flash oven for some minutes more and testing meals are hot before serving. My partner was very pleased with her chicken based meal. The breakfast was the freshest & tastiest I have had in any hotel, b&b or cafe and it really redeemed my poor evening meal experience. It is not a breakfast buffet sitting there for hours in shiny silver buckets type establishment. The hot food breakfast order is taken at the table and then served from the kitchen. It was fab. You could tar the roads with the coffee which suited me! I would defo return but be more careful of my evening meal choice next time. 5 stars but for the evening meal experience.

My wife and I are from the US and we visited Ireland back in September 2024. We didn't actually stay at the hotel, but we ate at the restaurant for dinner on our way to Derry. I ordered the salmon fillet with boiled potatoes, and my wife ordered the chicken goujons with parmesan mash. The service and food were both great!

Stayed one night 12th December nice hotel about 30 minutes from Derry Airport and about 20 minutes from Letterkenny great service from very friendly and helpful staff , nice food good selection of beers and spirits . Really nice spacious room had a very enjoyable stay ..

Beautiful hotel with a converted choice attached where you can have breakfast and dinner with a museum on Upper floors. The staff here are amazing and even offered to make us some food after the kitchen was closed. Ample parking and only a few minutes drive from Derry and Letterkenny
