Brilliant day out for kids the cave is very interesting and then a nice play area for after the tour,nice little gift shop there aswell so no complaints here staff very nice and welcoming aswell

Our family visited Crag Cave yesterday . I would highly recommend it for all ages . It is very interesting. If you have children on your group take the childs audiobox .All very well explaned for children . The receptionist was very friendly and he explained everything to us . A memorable experience

Caves are interesting. They're cold so wrap up. The tour is fairly quick. Nice souvenir shop and cafe. Kids play area looked good, bigger then expected. Grounds nicely kept. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Lovely day out especially if it’s a rainy day. Self guided tours at your own pace and fun soft play after for the kids.

Loughcrew Megalithic Centre

26/07/2026: Lovely campsite with playground and coffee shop, beautiful location and clean facilities. There is a large kitchen, but they do not provide a fridge for campers.

17/08/2026: Love everything here and will go back again! - Seafood: so fresh and so tasty - Staff: attentive, friendly and efficient - Speed: when we arrived, the restaurant was packed but we got to order straight away after finished reading the menu and shortly the starters were served. - Music: on the day we went, the band was so good. Mix of Irish and 90' songs - guess was for the party. ** Be advised to book a table before going in especially in summer (we went twice both weekend and weekday, full house).
12/08/2026: Had a great meal with my wife yesterday for dinner. We were able to make a reservation about an hour prior just fine. Scenery is nice, food is excellent.
