It was a great family outing and a way to spend an hour exploring. Crag Cave is marvellous and very reasonably priced. The self directed tour is a nice idea - the kids ( and us , their parents ) really enjoyed it ! We'd recommend it.

The soft play is really a great place for kids – colorful, clean, and safe, with plenty of attractions that always make children leave with a smile. The staff is friendly and takes good care of cleanliness, which I really appreciate. The only small downside is that the space feels a bit too small for the number of people allowed in at the same time – it can get a little crowded. Still, it’s definitely worth a visit, as the kids’ joy makes up for this minor inconvenience.

An awe inspiring cave system. It is self guided with the aid of a downloaded audio commentary so you can always hear what is being said about the different formations. We really enjoyed it!

11/06/2026: I am writing this review specifically because of one of your staff members Becca. Vibrant fun and full of energy - I have years of experience working in hospitality and also attending weddings and she is genuinely a super star and knows how to engage and have fun. Best of luck with everything and do not lose your shine! In terms of the venue I was blown away I fell in love with it, and within seconds knew we will be booking this venue for our big day I would say service was good, friendly and experienced. Again Becca stole the show - nothing worse than an NPC serving at a wedding and becca was the main character (bar the bride and groom) not a paid ad. Just seriously impressed.
10/06/2026: Fantastic area to visit amd amazing hotel to stay a long relaxing week or weekend. Would recommend to friends amd family who enjoy the best of what's to offer here.
