It was okay, nice food but for the price it was a bit ridiculous (€52 for a starter and main). Was asked about drinks and after I enquired about a drink they never asked my partner even when he tried they walked away Didn't get dessert as the atmosphere didn't make me want to stay Maybe lunch is better for the price 🤷‍♀️

Spectacular food, atmosphere and service. A highlight of our weekend in Wexford for a friend's wedding. The risotto was outstanding and the potatoes were so delicious. Would recommend to anyone passing

Dining at The Duck was truly a beautiful experience and absolutely worth the trip. From the moment we arrived, the setting already felt special — the walk through the stunning gardens creates a lovely sense of escape before you even sit down. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, making it perfect for a girls’ lunch, a romantic dinner, or even a special family occasion. The food was refined but comforting, with excellent presentation and very fresh ingredients. We especially loved sharing starters and desserts — the menu is ideal for a social dining experience. Service was friendly, professional, and never rushed, which allowed us to fully enjoy the evening. Helpful tips for visitors: • Book in advance, especially for weekend terrace dining. • Arrive early to enjoy a walk around the gardens — it really adds to the experience. • Smart-casual dress works perfectly. • Consider sharing dishes to try more flavours. • Allow plenty of time — this is a place to slow down and savour the moment. Overall, The Duck is not just a restaurant — it’s a destination. A perfect combination of nature, atmosphere, and quality food that makes you want to return again.

The bearnaise sauce that accompanied a filet steak was terrible, cold and glumpy..I believe a youtube training video for the chef can help in improving the overall quality of the dining experience concerning the fillet steak, the sauce and the price attached..

Just in doing a delivery it was around 12.30 looked to be busy.

Exceptional to be honest. I couldn’t have had a more perfect meal. Not pretentious in any way just very relaxing, exceptional food with some of the best service I’ve come across in recent times. Thank you.
