Anatolia Cafe & Restaurant in Kilkenny

A superb restaurant with wonderful hosts and a central location. The food was also delicious. Many thanks to the woman from Diyarbakır who warmly welcomed my wife and I. We didn't learn her name, but she was a wonderful host.

As Italians accustomed to kebabs in Italy, we weren't expecting much. Instead, we entered what looked like a genuine Turkish restaurant. This was evident in the excellent quality of their ingredients.

Full flavourism great quality food, cooked beautifully. A great menu that suits the family. Service was polite & engaged. The setting is lovely, private and easy going, very clean and peaceful. Cannot wait to go again and eat in, the better exiperence is the eating in, the breads and sauces are beyond delicious, I feel I have the Gem of Kilkenny!

On our way back from Dublin, we were looking for a place to eat and changed our route to Kilkenny after seeing the high ratings. The food was incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere was so warm — you can really feel the hospitality. The revani was homemade, soft, and fluffy. We definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The food was amazing. We had the shared plate earlier today - lots of meat, enough salad, delicious sauces with great value for money. One of my best meals in the past 10 years. The main waitress looks and walks like a queen. She could be anywhere from her 20s to her 50s, but she has a real spark of life in her with what seems like priceless wisdom to go along with it. She is beautiful. I wish I had the skill to paint her. Her husband must be a proud and able man, if she has one. The chef (I assume based on his clothes) seems well aware of the unmatched quality of food he is able to offer and looks happy and proud because of it. I will definitely visit again.

This restaurant was super yummy. We ordered the mix Doner Kebab plate to share and I’m glad we shared it. It was plenty of food with the side of fries we also ordered with it. It came with some fresh lavash bread that was delicious. The meat and chicken were both cooked great and there were two sauces that were also delicious. We love it all!
