Located off Shop Street in Galway, Anfora is easy to get to when you're having a stroll around Galway. The food is outstanding. The portions are generous and the food is prepared well. The meats are succulent, the salads and vegetables are fresh and we'll prepared. The sauces are authentic to the dishes. You'll find the Bistro to be tastefully decorated, comfortable and friendly. The prices are very reasonable, especially in the city centre.

A friend took me here in 2024 when I first moved to Galway and I have never forgotten the taste. I went just recently and oh my goodness! The food is still great, and the service, the guy was so friendly even suggested some options. It's a great spot and delicious food.

Harry's at Water Lane

03/07/2026: Me and my partner waited so long to come in here and try the food , service was abit slow but when I got the food I was so happy as it was also my Birthday celebration. I'm so disappointed as I have had to work a 9 to 6 shift the next say with constant diarrhea and throwing up to the point infection was the only thing coming from my stomach. I never write reviews but I am very disappointed and will not come here again.

27/05/2026: Lovely local coffee spot for the summer ☀️☕ Stopped by for a coffee and honestly such a nice place to sit, relax and enjoy the Galway sunshine. Great atmosphere, friendly service and a perfect little outdoor area to slow down for a few minutes and watch the world go by. The coffee was really good and the whole place has that simple local vibe that makes you want to come back again. Definitely a great spot during the summer if you’re around Galway and looking for a nice coffee break
05/05/2026: A truly excellent coffee shop with a fantastic team! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. They also offer plant-based milk. I highly recommend it.
