Great food and all freshly made. Most mains between £24-£35. Really good service.

Had a family lunch at the French Dining Room – excellent service and beautifully cooked food. Fresh oysters, goat cheese salad, pork belly, and crab with avocado were all outstanding. Great wine list too.

First time at this place for a friend's celebration. Lovely seating area outside. I ordered a starter and a drink, which were of a really high quality. The service was really professional and attentive, and on a super busy day.

Combined with cow pond made a lovely evening.. Staff seem rushed and not very attentive.. once you have food your left alone to flag someone down.. found food expensive for what it is and expect a little better if im honest.

Lovely pub tucked away in a quiet lane near Windsor Great Park. Perfect place to stop off at during a walk. Food was excellent.

We went as a family of four today and we had a fabulous time. The place has changed management recently and it offers mainly French cousins. The photos on this site are old, no pizza available. The prices are not cheap, a main is an average of £24. I thought the every dish's quality was delicious. I had a steamed artichoke for a starter. I love artichokes, I dont know where they sourced this, but it was amazing, lots of flesh in each leaf and the heart was carefully cleaned. I then had a delicious beef stew with mashed potatoes. This is not a place for kids in my view. My 17 yr old ordered a baguette with roast beef, which was good in my view but very strong in horse radish and she could not finish it. My 15 yr old ordered a roasted chicken which was good but took one hour and half to arrive, as we ordered starters first, so he was very hungry by then. I feel this is an adults place, with wonderful staff and really amazing food. I would not return with kids. The only sore note was that we had quite a few wasps around our table. Not much to do about it, as they were mostly attracted by our drinks. I would definitely recommend the place and return again if I am in the area.
