Enjoyed a family meal here, nice spacious seating area which I like when we have the kids with us, staff were friendly, food arrived by "Betty" the robot which was a big hit with the kids. Overall pleasant experience.
Fine restaurant and bar in the heart of Ballaghadereen. Very friendly staff and professional food was excellent. Nice atmosphere televisions were on but not loud.the place was spotlessly clean would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Most definitely will be paying another visit in the near future.
I was only there for a couple of hours catching up with my cuz and best friend. The time was fantastic, we didn't eat, just a few drinks.
But they have a large bar inside and they set up tables and umbrellas out to the side if you wanted to sit, we did as we both smoke. There is also a bar outside but was not open as it was a windy and chilly day but very enjoyable but then again seeing my cuz again, anywhere would have been enjoyable.
The service was a bit slow.

Enjoyed the food, but the service was not great. Why? It took over 25 minutes to receive our order, a family that arrived after us were served before us, we were not checked on as the staff were too busy chatting at the bar. When we caught the servers attention we asked for bill, we were not offered the dessert menu or coffee... This visit has left us thinking about whether to return or cross the road and use rival where are you made feel welcomed.
