Apache Pizza Douglas in Cork

I unfortunately received some dough balls as part of my order that were slightly burnt and not very edible. I called Apache Douglas and the gentleman I spoke to apologised sincerely to me and sent me a freshly baked portion of jalapeño dough balls that arrived in a timely delivery before the rest of the food went cold. I appreciated the rapid resolution to my issue and even though this was my first try of Apache Douglas, it will not be my last. Thank you for the customer service Apache Douglas and the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone this evening at 6.24pm.
