Pak Fook Garden

06/10/2024: Best Chinese restaurant at least in East Cork, maybe even in County Cork. Well established for dozens of years with great reputation.
24/08/2024: Chinese restaurant in Youghtal both takeaway and non-takeaway. One of the few places where it is possible to eat after 9pm. Good service, honest dishes and good variety of choice too.

Rivergate Cafe

24/08/2024: The Restaurant has been closed for some time. Local artist Marcella Reardon has “re-purposed” the space as a “pop up gallery” open from 12-4 min Fri and 11-5 Sat until Monday 2nd Sept 2024 and she’s hosting an exhibition called “Dream Attic” in the old Café. Free and all welcome!
