Visited here late DEC2025. We had smoked-cod fish and chips. Both were very tasty. The chips (fries to my American sentimentalities) were thick, hot, and well salted given I had asked for copious salt. The smoked cod was lovely, slightly too breaded, but way tasty. The price point for size and quality of food was fair and pleasing. I’d definitely get the smoked cod and chips again for what I paid. Great food.

I love Aprile's food for takeaway, definitely one of my favorites though it got a bit pricey recently but I enjoy their pizza and onion rings especially a lot!

Spice box is really good. Very sustancial, nice chips, nice veggies, nice chicken. Hope it can has more chicken as it has very few. The spcie mix is curry flavour, at home I add mexican sauce and it is a delight. I definitely recommend it. Service is super quick and clean. Staff is always incredible serious but fair enough as they have to deal with drunk people every night.

Good tasty food when cooked properly and for long enough. Have had during the day and it's been a bit disappointing and undercooked, great during the evening though, the younger lads in the evening seem to care more for customer satisfaction.

Got in blindly, payed a misery for an enormous portion of cod and chips and a Sprite, struggled to finish it as two people. Simple tastes, the guys were lovely, good hungover food.

09/01/2026: Very nice service, quick and done very well, charming too. If you’re looking for a quieter place with enough room to not have your shoulder touching your neighboring table, it’s a nice place! Edwin was such a lovely server too, very friendly and attentive.

18/10/2025: Myself and my wife had dinner here on a Friday night and had a really great experience. The food was delicious - for starters we had (1) the prawns in nduja and herb butter and (2) the burrata di bufala and mains (1) rigatoni arrabiata di pollo and (2) rigatoni all’ amatriciana - all dishes were beautifully presented and very tasty. What stood out for our experience was the service! The two girls looking after the restaurant were very friendly and although the restaurant was busy never they were calm, engaging and ensured a very pleasant dining experience. We will definitely be back!
17/10/2025: Food was nice and the food was excellent.
