Arabica in Galway

Hi I just wanted a take away coffee I know the cafe was extremely busy however if you offer a takeaway service I would expect that you run it efficiently, there seem to be adequate staff on including owner working however no one was taking takeaway orders. I attempted to ask 2 staff one put up her hand up and said she was busy the other laughed with colleagues and eventually served myself and the 2 other people behind me waiting to order coffees, very disappointed. I work in a busy retailer manner cost nothing all the girl had to say was I’ll be back or I’ll get someone as for the staff member that served me I felt I was and inconvenience. Very disappointing

I stood for 4 minutes waiting for my coffee and watched a bit. The man in the red shirt immediately approached us. A big plus for the person who coordinates this place so well. You can see that the employees give their all. Despite the heavy traffic, there is no chaos, but rather order. It's hard to find a place like this in Ireland. The coffee is very good, maybe just a bit too hot

Very family friendly atmosphere - lots of helpful staff, asking if wanted high chair, interacting with our kids, providing colours and paper. Really makes a difference so thank you! ❤️

Child friendly, tasty food for adults and children. The kids pasta was a bit bland for me, but kids are it. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Lovely and clean

Friday afternoon around 1 o’clock, my friend and I were looking for something to satisfy our needs to celebrate the weekend. As we wondered along Salthill to find a suitable place, we stumbled upon Ground and Co. We instantly knew this would be the place to relax, especially with a beautiful day ahead of us. We were greeted by one of their friendly staff, who sat us at a cute table for two. As we scanned the menu to fill the gap in our appetites, we ordered a Caesar salad wrap and a Brie BLT. We waited no more than five minutes for the food to arrive, alongside a cappuccino and a gorgeous mug of mocha. As we devoured our meal, it only got better. The music was stylish, like the chique uniforms the staff were wearing. Everything about our experience there was absolutely phenomenal. I could not express how much we enjoyed our experience here and would highly recommend to anyone with taste and looking for something special in Galway. I have been living here for a while and I have never been to a place as fantastic as Ground and Co.

I’ve only been in here for take away. The treats and sweets are really nice and delicious. The coffees are fine too but they are so incredibly slow. When I arrived there was one customer in front of me and one behind me in the queue and we stood there for 20 minutes waiting for our coffees. It was the same the last time I was there too so not a once off. In the end I got the wrong coffee because they made the coffee of the woman behind me first and we all go confused who owned it. I just took it because I didn’t have another 20 minutes to wait for a remake. There were so many employees there but seemed like none of them were actually working. It’s unfortunate because everything else about this place is great, maybe it’s fine to sit in and eat, but don’t get a take away here because it takes just as long as sitting in does in another place 🤣

Fabulous place , a little bit of a wait but it's understandable as it's busy for a reason.great atmosphere staff are hardworking, pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The food is beautiful
