Super tasty food and great staff

Had heard this place was lovely. But I was not expecting it to be my type of food. I got the beef bowl and my partner got the Christmas Sandwich after asking a member of staff for recommendations. I was blown away. Absolutely delicious couldn't recommend highly enough. Will 100% be back

Delicious sourghdough from bakery

After looking around for proper vegan meals we finally found this place and we were very delighted by what we had. They have two vegan dishes and very grateful that they don’t skip items just to make it vegan but they do replace eggs with falafel for example great portions lovely service and a very casual atmosphere. The place was packed! All that was missing were proper vegan desserts like pancakes or waffles.

First time here yesterday and such a que! Great sign I guess 👏 I purchased the House Sour Dough to make my partner a birthday sandwich. He loved it! 10/10 Thank you 💯❤️🥳

Apparently by design the poached eggs are undercooked by usual standards. I am not talking about the runny interior, but the outside. Personally I found it jelly like and undercooked, which was not to my taste. When I mentioned it, it was explained to me this is the way they like it.

This was some of the best food we had in Ireland! We had the Korean chicken wrap and a sandwich- both were amazing, would visit again! There was a 20 minute wait, but the food was worth it!

A very good meal with attractive presentation. The prices are very reasonable, the service is quite fast, and the restaurant has a warm atmosphere.

Amazing place with brilliant atmosphere. Coffee and pastries top class. Met at the door by a member of staff who was brusque to say the least but turned out to be friendly once we were seated.

We came to Kilkenny for the food festival and came across here on our first day as we were staying nearby. The absolute best 👌 it's so so good! We didn't go anywhere else for coffee or pastries. The coffee is fab, the breads and pastries are unreal and we had breakfast on our last morning at the Bistro. Without a doubt one of the best if not the best breakfast we have ever had. We both had the breakfast sambos and it was amazing. Fab food, excellent service and just a gem of a place. Credit to all who work there.
