Ard Bia at Nimmos in Galway

What a gem. This is some of the best food we experienced in Ireland. It is a small, intimate restaurant with a small and uncomplicated menu. The quality and flavor of the food is exceptional. The staff were so friendly and helpfull. Coming from Cape Town, we have fairly high expectations when it comes to flavor and quality, and Ard Bia definitely did not disappoint. If you find yourself in Galway, do yourself a favor and dine at this intimate and unassuming little restaurant.

This is an amazing find just by Spanish Arch. There is a lovely welcome and the atmosphere is calm and cosy. The staff are a attentive but not overly. The menu was interesting and whet the appetite, but the food, unfortunately, wasn't as great as one hoped - a little disappointing in fact. I will go back though

Really enjoyed my brunch here. The menu had something different and refreshing, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were very friendly and made the experience even better.

Amazing Seafood chowder, great and relaxed place!

We had lunch here today and it was like having something to eat in someone's house. The food was amazing, and the staff once they heard our scouse accents wrote down some more recommendations which all turned out to be amazing too. Thank you

Had a lovely breakfast here. We were a large group, so we had to wait quite a while for space - but it was worth it! Food was fantastic coffee was great – beautiful cozy restaurant.
