Ariel House in Dublin

Class, every room different. We'll presented. Breakfast was good and the location right on Aviva's door step

Highly recommended, staff and location are fantastic, car parking is tight but it is in Dublin 4 so it's understandable

I love staying here. Clean rooms, helpful staff and it's very quiet and calm location. The decor is old but modern and very beautiful. The room beside the door is lovely to relax with a cup of tea in and had a real Christmas tree🎄 The breakfast is a real delight in a nice setting and it can be quite busy so in that case best to come down early to relax better but the foods delicious and I particularly loved the smoked salmon. I am already looking forward to coming back.

Booked a Deluxe Superior room for €264, got budget hotel service and budget hotel bathroom to match! Received very dismissive and poor attitude from night manager when we arrived, he just shrugged his shoulders when I asked him where it would be best for us to park our vehicle. I was told the following morning that we could have parked right outside the hotel in pay and display spaces! Reported the issue to Engin in the morning, and he apologised for our experience and gave a €55 refund. Now, the room we were checked into (#255 Jonathan Swift) is classed as Deluxe Superior, and charged at €264 per night - PLEASE BE WARNED - it had a budget hotel bathroom. See pictures that I took. Breakfast (food and service) was excellent, and the ONLY highlight of our stay at Ariel House.
