Hands down the best place to stay in Dublin. This is my 19th trip to the city and I would never stay any other place. The food, the service, the location, the ambiance… all top of the table!

This hotel is a 20 minute walk to the heart of Dublins tourist area. We loved the quieter neighborhood and the many great restraunts on the walk to and from the hotel. We enjoyed being outside the crowded area. The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the common space and having someone available all the time to help us if needed

The revival of the historic house is beautiful, with charming buildings and rooms. However, the bar was lacking during our visit. The biggest issue was breakfast — it had to be ordered individually and took nearly an hour. We had a frustrating experience with breakfast. We asked to eat at 08:00, but ended up waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes — with children under 10 years old. This was far from ideal. Later, we found out there's a café less than a 15-minute walk away where we could have had a breakfast insted. All in all, it was quite disappointing, and we will probably not return.

30/12/2025: I booked a private function with a group fo friends for a Christmas gathering. All the correspondence and organization from the beginning was great and they were quick to respond and help us with special requests. Huge shout out to Cintia for how well she took care of us on Sat night. She was attentive, quick to respond, friendly and welcoming. Our group enjoyed our time so much and her diligent care played a huge part in that. Thank you Peruke & Periwig, and a special thank you to Cintia!
27/12/2025: The atmosphere in the place is great, the decor is interesting, the cocktails (especially, Sazerac) were really good too…however the service was rather unwelcoming. We were made feel as an inconvenience by the waitress and she was doing everything to make us feel that we were in general bothering her with our presence (not even mentioning her absence of any reaction when she spilled one of our drinks). It’s a shame really, as the bartender and the hostess did really well.

08/05/2025: Отличный ресторан с прекрасной атмосферой в районе Темпл Бар. Действительно, понравилось все, начиная от атмосферы Дублина до обслуживания, и, конечно же, еды. Были в этом месте несколько раз, и каждый раз оставались довольны всем. Обслуживание очень приветливое и доброжелательное. Еда была вкусной и на высоте. Возможно, по ценам в Дублине можно найти и дешевле заведения, но данное место и атмосфера стоили своих денег. Ну, и конечно же, выделю пиво, им можно наслаждаться бесконечно. Место очень популярное, каждый раз приходилось отстоять небольшую очередь, но это стоило того. И, обычно, ожидание занимало минут 10. За это время официанты давали ознакомиться с меню и заказать напитки. Место рекомендую!
30/04/2025: Locale molto affollato con tavoli un pò troppo vicini l'uno all'altro, una fila da fare ma scorre veloce come il servizio. Tipico locale con tavoli e sedie in legno e ricco di quadri/quadretti alle pareti. Purtroppo è un posto dove si mangia solo senza musica dal vivo. Le portate sia di carne che di pesce adeguate, (anche se la portata di pesce me l'aspettavo diversa (forse per errore del traduttore?) in particolare apprezzata la zuppa cremosa di pesce tra gli antipasti.
