Personnel is very professional and ready to solve every kind of inconvenience you may have. The neighborhood is quiet and well served by public transport. Breakfast is lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Just an issue is the noisy floor in the morning when personnel start to work.

Our stay at Ariel House was very pleasant; in February 2026 we were a group of 8 people. The hotel is cozy, comfortable, and has a more old-fashioned and classic style, which adds a lot of charm. Even though it's a period building, it's well-maintained and welcoming. The breakfast is very good, and the service also deserves special mention. I would especially like to commend the service provided by Emerson, a Brazilian, who attended to us with great kindness and attention—it made all the difference to our experience. The location is good, although it's not exactly in the busiest part of the city center, which might be a point to consider depending on your travel style. Overall, it's a great option for those seeking comfort and a welcoming atmosphere in Dublin.

Beautiful Victorian era townhouse, turned into b&b.Service was outstanding, breakfast was lovely. We had one of the suites overlooking the front of the property and the houses across.Nice experience having a cup of tea looking through the window on the rainy day.Suite was decent size, just bathroom was dated and needs renovation asa.The entrance door to our room was too small and there were significant gaps between the door and architrave which resulted in light coming in during the night from the corridor.Drawing room was delightful with coffees ,teas ,cakes and spirits if you wanted to have some.Parking was extremely narrow and it poses a challenge to any decent sized car All in all nice experience and I would recommend this place

The Boathouse

06/04/2026: Beautiful place, special the lake.
20/03/2026: Such a lovely place . A real gem. We had a lovely family lunch and got to enjoy the surroundings as well. Didn’t feel like we were in the city , yet it’s only a few mins drive away. Great food, really great service and the atmosphere was lovely . The outside seating is a must if you have kids as they will love the ducks and swans paddling around on the little lake. Highly recommend a visit and a great place for kids as well. We will definitely be returning.

06/03/2026: Before and after a soccer match in the Aviva both times the experience was very enjoyable.Proper old style bar staff even though the pub was bouncing and they were busy not afraid to make eve contact so you new you were next to be served.
28/02/2026: Ive visited twice now and each time has been a Friday evening after 8. -The atmosphere is great for conversation and not too crowded. -The staff were friendly and attentive. -The pints of Guiness were wonderfully creamy -AND THE BRISKET ROLL IS THE BEST SANDWICH IVE HAD IN DUBLIN Ive had a dream about that sandwich after each time I've eaten one. Proper crust from the rub, not overly smokey and the roll is a perfect match for holding up under the juices of the brisket without falling to bits and being too firm to bite or chew. It's a place that will be in the rotation of where I'll visit when I go into town. If that sandwich leaves the menu I'll never be able to return for the heartache that will come with its memory will be too painful to bear.
