The food is very high quality and the atmosphere is very cosy. a great range of craft drinks to choose from, would highly recommend!

Excellent pub full of beers, craft, local and even foreign beers. Very young environment. We also had dinner and you have to say that the food was really good. We ordered the spicy chicken wings as an appetizer, then a hamburger sandwich and the typical stew cooked with beer. To drink I recommend the local Irish beers which are truly excellent. Really very fast service. Really great place!

Had a disappointing experience here. The wait staff was kind, so that helps. I ordered fish and chips, the order was missed and I ended up waiting close to an hour. When I did get it, it was not cooked through, the batter was quite raw inside. They were kind enough to comp a beer and not charge for the meal. Beer was fresh and a good price.

My boyfriend and I liked to go to this place, we were there at least once a month, we have always had a great experience until today 😭 I ordered a Cesar salad and it tasted as fish, it was literally just lettuce fish flavored, that makes me wonder about the kitchen cleaning 😭😭 I only have just one bad experience over all good ones, yet I’m not sure to come back

Trendy pub at the top of Capel St. Well recommended and the food was great. Young hipster feel to the place ( a number of tables were playing board games) but enough old folk around to make the place comfortable for all ages. Service was a bit slow as they were very busy hence the lost star above, but on the other hand a busy place is a good sign.

Great place for lunch. Staff always friendly and prompt, and the food is very good. Have rarely been there late enough to enjoy the beverages so can't comment on that too much, but the range is encouraging!

Lovely spot and not too pricey. Nice drinks. Lovely staff and service if a bit slow but we were having a nice time so didn't mind. We had burgers, chicken tenders, soup and seafood chowder. All were good, big portions, but seafood chowder was quite salty.

18/02/2024: Excellent restaurant on the main street in Dalkey. We took advantage of the good weather last Friday & visited Dalkey. Came across this restaurant & were lucky to get a table for lunch which is served from around 12 to 3 pm. Our table was in a small area opposite a very busy kitchen but we would have preferred the front area as it seemed to have all the buzz. Food was very good. My wife had a steak sandwich & the meat was done perfectly. I had the hake which was beautiful & light. The waiting staff were so friendly. Definitely a must visit place but book in advance.

04/04/2024: What a treat to discover this place! Service was fantastic. It is worth the price as the food is absolutely divine and big portion sizes! Do yourself a favour and order the lamb shank 10/10
03/04/2024: Outstanding. We went on the weekend and had the fixed price menu (I think that is all they offer for dinner). But there was not a thing on the menu that we would not have wanted. We had the Fois Grois, and the Cajun Seafood Chowder. Both were excellent and more than enough for a meal! We followed this with the Fillet of Beef (a beautiful peice of meat, cooked perfectly) and the Duck. I have never had such a large and tasty peice of duck! By the time we polished that off - we couldn't even squeeze in coffee! Make sure you book well ahead.
