30/10/2024: Staff were super friendly and food was beautiful. Really big portions also. Highly recommend this place, It was very busy when we arrived and we had a booking as there was 14 of us. Probably best to make a reservation.
28/10/2024: We went for dinner yesterday, and although it wasn't our first time at this restaurant, it was the first time we were negatively surprised. Such a beautiful place, with delicious food and above-average prices, naturally leads to the expectation of top-notch service.
We ordered a bottle of wine, and the staff member simply placed it on the table and walked away without opening or serving it. I’ve never had to open a bottle and serve myself in any restaurant.
Another point to mention: as we were almost finishing our meal, eating, talking, and taking pauses (placing the cutlery in the break position, which indicates we were still eating), a staff member asked if they could clear the plates. This was a bit surprising, as the cutlery clearly indicated otherwise.
Overall, the experience was great, but I’d suggest that for a restaurant with such a strong reputation, it would be beneficial to invest a bit more in staff training. Additionally, when the bill is requested, it would be more convenient to bring the card machine to the table, making the experience even smoother. But the food is absolutely delicious and we strongly recommend the Feather blade.
