Great place to bring children or young adults staff are very good. Also for older people who wish to climb

Facilities are very good. However, I appreciate this is partially on me. When I booked my four kids in, they share an instructor. So 1 hour visit means that 8 mins are H and S etc then the rest of the time is divided by 4. I.E 13 minutes each while they other watching. This is reflected in the pricing to be fair. It's more expensive the less people in the group. I feel if the website mentioned this I'm not sure I would have booked my 4 kids in for €84. That said, my kids loved it and wanted more.

I booked a taster session for 2 adults and 2 children during the Easter holidays. We had so much fun, the adults as much as the kids. Our instructor was fantastic, calm and encouraging. We climbed different walls with varying difficulty. The kids were able to decide how high was high enough for them and they loved the descent. The hour went by so fast, leaving us all wanting more. We'll definitely return. A fantastic activity, especially for a rainy day during the school holidays.

Disappointing, went with my son and nephew and was told we would not be allowed in, policy had changed and you were only allowed children with you if they were your son or daughter, despite a number of parties taking place, clearly with children from different households, only to be told well they are being supervised by one of our staff, don't see the logic.

What a brilliant experience! My wife took my daughter who’s eight one weekend and myself and my son who’s six went the following week, we both did the 1 Hour Roped Climbing Taster (€64 for two for one hour). This includes the harness rental. We had different instructors both of whom were absolutely brilliant. The girls had Brendan looking after them and they said he couldn’t have been nicer and we had Donal. He was super friendly, very encouraging and reassuring during the climbs. Considering Ben is only 6 this really helped as he’d never done anything like this before. He is also small so rest assured that if you want to take your kid who’s six (the youngest age to climb) there are plenty of options and they manage just fine on the walls. All in all a brilliant experience and we’ll 100% be back to do more climbing.
