I am a member here paying EFT, it’s nice that they change the tracks really often, includes a gym membership and rented shoes and chalk. Only downside is that you can’t pause unless you have a doctors note so you have to pay even when you don’t go in, for like holiday or exams. And if you cancel you have to pay joining fee again. But I recommend the place to anyone except that

Went with my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day for a taster session and had the best time. Michael was top tier, excellent teacher, super friendly and not an ounce of doubt when it came to feeling strapped and secured!

One of the two finest indoor climbing facilities in Dublin. Popular and busy. Good range of grades for all levels of abilities. My grandson (6) had his first climbing a few weeks ago and he loved it.

Amazing place. Very professionally run by people who are interested in what they do. Had a taster session with Alan and he was amazing with the 4 kids.

The review is strictly based on the Bouldering section only. This was my first time in the awesome walls for bouldering and I have been bouldering for almost a year now. The ambience and the instructors are really nice but majority of the routes are out of the reach for very short climbers without risking themselves in the gym. The orange boulders are very easy but the black and pink are majorly out of reach for 5 foot climbers regardless of what technique I used. It makes it highly risky to go up if dynamic movement is required on slopers and crimps. However, the lead climbing section and routes are quite fun and safe (especially when you’re short climber the safety aspect is very assuring). I did the training for top rope and lead climbing at awesome walls and the instructors showed expertise for people with different heights and different yet safe techniques of belaying.

Well organised facility with plenty of scope for novice and experienced climbers, with the added bonus of very polite and friendly staff, cafe and Great outdoors outlet in situ. Update the great outdoors outlet seems to have closed down on the premises

O'Connell's

20/02/2026: Nice bar with friendly and hard working staff. The food wasn't the best. I had chicken wings, which tasted nice but some of the wings seemed to be refried. There was nothing exciting about the smashed cheese burger, which came with a small portion of chips and some wet salad leaves. The brownie was delicious.
15/02/2026: The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We had the typical dish, fish with potatoes, and beef with Guinness sauce. They had gluten-free options.
