The carvery and food here is excellent. Never disappoints. I would say I love going here much more than any fancy restaurant. Had the venison pie today😋 it was lovely

Gorgeous burger and chips and lovely hot and spicy chicken wings. Lovely grub and good value 😄 the staff are all so nice and accommodating wouldn’t find a nicer place to enjoy a meal . Alex the bar man is a legend and all the staff are next to none

A pre-Marlay Park concert meal. Popular place to do so. Great atmosphere and the staff did well with the crowds. Lovely soups and fish/chips.

The barman I delt with was somewhat unfriendly and abrupt. But quite a nice establishment other wise. That's the reason for the 3 stars.

Food is amazing here. Good quality Decent portions. Staff are attentive and friendly.

Arrived for 11am breakfast work meeting. We were created and seated by a very friendly and welcoming staff member. Our order was taken promptly and our tea's were brought quickly, and I was delighted to see that it was tea for two in a large teapot which was full to the top not half filled which meant the tea was nice and hot, not like in most places which send you a small teapot which only serves 1 cup of tea and is ever only half filled. The food, two small Irish breakfasts, 2 very tasty sausages, two slices of bacon, a small side of beans and a fried egg all arrived quickly. It was all piping hot and seemed like it had been freshly cooked, of course it probably wasn't but the point is that it tasted hot and fresh. All served with 2 full slices of toast. Afterwards we were offered a refill of the teapot at no extra cost. Breakfast was 12.95€ and great value in comfortable and friendly surroundings. If you wanted anything other than an Irish breakfast there were lots of choices on the menu. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again.
