Brilliant hotel. Staff are very welcoming. Hotel room is 10/10. I love that you can sit outside and enjoy the sun while having dinner. I enjoyed the leisure facilities also using the steam room and swimming pool. Parking is very good also nice and private. Close 15min walk to the beach and a local shop beside the hotel. Second time staying here. Really enjoyed both my stays. Will be back next year!

Enjoyed a fantastic short spa break at Ballyliffen. Very warm welcome at reception. The hotel is spotless rooms bright and airey. Spa experience is just luxury at a more fair and reasonable price. There is also a health suite and a gym fully equipped. Food is to die for with portions very generous. A visit is definately recomended and views are breath taking. Staff are warm and friendly home from home relax in luxury.

Excellent hotel been many times and never disappoints. Friendly staff and food is good, with good range of options at breakfast. Recent refurbishment has really helped make something good to an evening higher level. Highly recommend.

12/10/2026: I stopped in by accident because I was hungry after a hike. Little did I know… I was in for the best meal I’ve had since landing on the island. I had the chowder and chorizo bread with a Guinness (as recommended) and it was absolutely extraordinary, 10/10 recommend. It was so good that I got dessert which I usually don’t do. The chocolate almond cake is extraordinary. I literally pulled out my phone to write this review before I even finished it. So amazing
19/09/2026: I’ve been here having breakfast multiple times and I’m still loving it. Strongly recommend the Bar Mouth, loaded with protein. The avocado spread is generous and the smoked salmon is delicious. If the bread is brown, it’ll be perfect. Love the ambiance too. I’m a loyal customer now.
