12/10/2026: I stopped in by accident because I was hungry after a hike. Little did I know… I was in for the best meal I’ve had since landing on the island. I had the chowder and chorizo bread with a Guinness (as recommended) and it was absolutely extraordinary, 10/10 recommend. It was so good that I got dessert which I usually don’t do. The chocolate almond cake is extraordinary. I literally pulled out my phone to write this review before I even finished it. So amazing
26/09/2026: We wanted two different scones: a plain scone and one with apple and cinnamon. Not only were we sold two plain scones instead of the ones we ordered, but they were also way past their prime. The scones were at least three to four days old. They ended up in the trash. The staff was very rushed.

14/07/2026: Brilliant hotel. Staff are very welcoming. Hotel room is 10/10. I love that you can sit outside and enjoy the sun while having dinner. I enjoyed the leisure facilities also using the steam room and swimming pool. Parking is very good also nice and private. Close 15min walk to the beach and a local shop beside the hotel. Second time staying here. Really enjoyed both my stays. Will be back next year!
15/06/2026: Enjoyed a fantastic short spa break at Ballyliffen.
Very warm welcome at reception.
The hotel is spotless rooms bright and airey.
Spa experience is just luxury at a more fair and reasonable price.
There is also a health suite and a gym fully equipped.
Food is to die for with portions very generous.
A visit is definately recomended and views are breath taking.
Staff are warm and friendly home from home relax in luxury.

09/08/2024: We went as a family of 12..From 2 y old ( they have high chairs) to 65 y old. The setting overlooking the double links course with floor to ceiling windows was stunning. The service was first class. We ordered 6 different meals and every plate was emptied! VERY reasonably priced it it suitable for locals/golfers and passing tourists! I had worse Michelin star meals in London basements! Drop of at the front door.. lift.. and stunning balcony for a smoke! Please support it!
