Nancy’s Barn in Ballyliffin

A lovely Easter Monday at Nancy's Barn meeting up with lovely friends & excellent food. Thank you so much.

Lovely chowder. Hope to be back before too long.

Had the Korean style chicken burger and chips. They were okay, not sure I'd have it again. The service was slow. Took 45 mins to receive our food. 🤷‍♂️

A warm and welcoming space. The peat stacked beside a wee stove. Tastefully decorated and we had fresh daffodils on the table. The seafood chowder here is delicious and served with lovely bread. The staff are friendly and the food is fresh and delicious.

The fish chowder was an extraordinary discovery for me. A delight. We will come back to this.

The chowder was as amazing as I remembered from pre-pandemic.

Well worth the trip to Ballyliffin for a delicious lunch. Wonderful menu, so many things to choose from so we are actually going back again tmrw for more. The title of World Seafood Chowder Champions is well justified, best one ever. 👍

A must when in Ballyliffin or passing through. Love this place, always fresh, local, seasonal and delicious. Staff are excellent too.

Just perfect. The soup is a real madness, it’s so good. You absolutely have to taste it. The kids had burgers and they were “the best” according to them. The children's menu is careful. You can see everything is homemade. No matter where you are, this restaurant is worth traveling a few kilometers to eat their dish. It’s simple, fresh and very, very good. WELL DONE
