BAR 1661 in Dublin

Very nice bar with fantastic cocktails!!! In the one week we stayed in Dublin we went three times! Too bad I only took these photos…💕🌺

Amazing bar with great cocktails and food !

Good cocktails bar, came here coz they are participating in Dublin Cocktail Week. Huge menu to choose from and my personal thank you for having images of cocktails on the menu, I love to have an idea of what I am ordering. Cannot say anything about the atmosphere as we sat outside, so I will come back to check on that one 😉 Service was great, complementary drink was just fantastic I have never tried anything like this before. The house special is a matter of taste, for me it was a bit too strong but still very nice. Will come back

Super cute hidden bar, specialises in poitin drinks! Only a few non alc drinks, but a big selection of the reg ones! Very nice staff and we got a free welcoming drink:)

Phenomenal! Outstanding! Amazing! We've been fortunate to have visited many cocktail bars and speakeasys in many countries in recent years but Bar 1661 tops every one of them. Jess and Annie were wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful with the history of the bar and the amazing range of cocktails available. The menu is worth reading as it outlines the ethos behind the bar and its interaction with local suppliers and the locality. The quality of the drinks provided by the mixologist artists (they're so much more than bar staff!!!) were outstanding! We had two of the 5 summer spritzes as well as two amazing cocktails afterwards. The hummus and olives were locally sourced and gorgeous accompaniments to the drinks. We will be back soon to try the remaining summer spritzes and more of the amazing cocktails! Thanks so much everyone for a wonderful afternoon! Go raibh mile maith agaibh!

We have been here a number of times and every time has surpassed the last. The staff are fantastic, so welcoming and friendly. Service is far beyond what you expect every time. A fantastic menu for drinks and the nibbles menu is great too. Great drinks, friendly staff and a welcoming smile every time you arrive. What more could you ask for in Dublin!

This little gem off Capel Street is setting the standard for cocktail bars in Dublin. If you get the chance, grab a stool at the bar and watch the staff in action.

Great cocktail lounge with such a unique menu. You can definitely tell it’s a top 50 location after your visit. It’s a little loud inside but the drinks and staff are worth it.
