Pub right in the center. Typical food. Good atmosphere and very nice waiters. Very good price. 100% recommended.

Fantastic service, section outside in the sun, great music and staff. Ordered a couple of meals which were Very tasty, ample and well priced. If you're looking for a great pub from the masses, this is one to visit. It's not a Temple bar, for me it's better, it true, honest and just a great place to be. Had a great chat and a laugh with the staff. #perfect

Recommended. Absolutely to get the sweet potato fries and the bagel. Very nice atmosphere, I recommend sitting at the table down the steps entering on the left where there are sofas. Mac & Cheese not recommended but you know, you have to leave the pasta to the Italians. For the rest excellent for a restorative lunch to prepare for exploring Dublin. Reasonable prices.

If you need a break from Guinness, Rua has a selection of fantastic local craft beers on tap. Nice bar, good atmosphere and comfy outside seating.

Bar Rua estaba a la vuelta de la esquina del hotel The Grafton donde nos alojaron por 3 noches. El bar en sí tiene un ambiente energético, pero lo que realmente hizo la experiencia fue el servicio! Los camareros con los que interactuamos fueron súper amables e incluso me dejaron tomar una botella de Jameson discontinuado, ya que tuve el último vertido de ella! Beber local - ¡SALUD!

Primer pub en Dublín! De visita por primera vez en Dublín, Bar Rue estaba a poca distancia del hotel (Fitzwilliam). El personal era genial y buena comida. Mi primer Guinness en Irlanda!

12/04/2025: We had a fantastic dining experience at the hotel’s restaurant. The service was truly spectacular—staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we sat down, we felt well taken care of. The food? Delicious. We especially loved the appetizers—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite felt thoughtful, and the friendly atmosphere only added to the enjoyment.
06/04/2025: Dined alone on my first night in Dublin. They took my coat for me and made an excellent cocktail. I ordered focaccia as a starter, the lamb as an entree, and a coffee ice cream dessert. Everything was absolutely brilliant. My server was very kind; I never felt rushed. The ambience was comfortable and elevated. Although the restaurant says casual attire is fine, most people were dressed in collars, blouses, long pants, or skirts. Had a lovely time and will definitely come back sometime.

17/02/2025: Everything about this restaurant is absolutely superb - food, wine, service, ambience, location. It is an absolute gem and never, ever disappoints. We dined here recently as a party of four and had a really great evening.
02/02/2025: Este lugar es una joya fantástica en el corazón de Foxrock pueblo. La comida nunca decepciona y platos de calidad como los que se sirven son raros de encontrar. Cada artículo se prepara con habilidad y experiencia culinaria. Nunca me decepciona cuando visito Brighton Rd como se llama ahora. Es un placer entrar con gran anticipación y salir deseando vivir más cerca y planeando nuestra próxima visita. El personal es muy amable y atento. Su menú del Año Nuevo Chino me envió a otro reino lo que sigue.
