Bella Cafe in Mallow

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was absolutely outstanding, everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great attention to detail. The service was equally excellent, very friendly, attentive, and professional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant. Looking forward to coming back again!

We were just in mallow city centre for transit while travelling and this was the only coffee shop open after 7pm. The coffee was great, also gas some apple pie which was also nice and warm. The lady who served us was extremely polite and very friendly and the staff were very nice. The atmosphere is kind of muggy and dark.

The food is consistently great, fresh and tasty. Service is quick, even when it’s busy. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to accommodate requests without any fuss. It’s also very reasonably priced for the quality you get. Definitely a reliable spot if you’re looking for good food, fast service, and a nice atmosphere. Plus its a BYOD restaurant 😊

The food is lovely here. But the service was so bad we didn't go back for over a year, and we only live 10 minutes walk from the restaurant. The most recent visit was better than the previous three times. We were seated and then ignored as they served tables where people had arrived after us. But on a recent visit we were sat near the front of the restaurant and got served fairly fast. We've been eating out a lot more in Cork recently. But would prefer to eat locally if service gets better.

Overall we had a great experience at Bella Cafe Mallow. The service was good and everyone was friendly. At times there seemed to be a bit of a language barrier, so occasionally we didn’t receive exactly what we asked for and had to check with someone else — but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t take away from the experience. The starters were really tasty — we had fries, fried brie, and garlic bread, and everything hit the spot. We also ordered the Hawaiian pizza, which was by far the best pizza I’ve had in the area. We sat by the door in the window nook, and even with the door opening and closing it was nice and warm thanks to the radiator right next to the table. Very comfortable and cozy. Would happily come back!
