When we arrived our check was prompt and the concierge from the hotel came on the bus to do the intro and procedures to us prior to us coming into the hotel.

Dinner in the restaurant was also very good! Our meal was delicious and Anna our server was prompt, personable and very efficient . Her sense of humour was delightful!! All in all we truly enjoyed our stay.
