Bison Bar in Dublin

THE BEST! Booked due to the great reviews and suggestions, and wow - expectations were exceeded! Sharing platter for 2 was amazing, every meat was delicious and juicy. Sides were lovely too. Can’t thank the lovely server and kitchen staff for my partners birthday dessert - and the happy birthday song! Will return on our next visit for sure 🩷

It was tastey, got the tasting platter and pint of tiger. Wasnt enough ribs on tasting platter though. 7/10 all round 24/04/2026 - Revisit : Drinks : We got the Cosmopolitan & a Whiskey Sour, Both were 9/10. Very good, lovely flavours and could 100% taste the alcohol! Food : Ordered the 2 meat & 1 side choice. The juicy beef brisket, pulled pork shoulder & onion rings. Brisket : 10/10 - Sooo good, can pull it apart with your baby fingers, Savage BBQ flavour, very good taste! Pulled Pork : 8/10 - Nice flavour and taste. Onion Rings : 8.5/10 sooo crispy , onion was still fresh inside for the batter to be so crispy.

Excellent experience. Good food, both in quality and quantity. Highly recommended.

Nice spot for food and a few pints

Came here for the meat, and Bison delivered! Platter for 2 came with very generous portions and a great choice of drinks. Ribs stole the show for me, very closely followed by the brisket (everything was delicious, just down to personal preference). Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place if you're craving some meat.

The food is delicious. The BBQ platter for two is fantastic, the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. A lovely surprise in the heart of Dublin.

A new discovery for us! And a very good one! We went there at first without much conviction, but in the end, we've never eaten so well! The person who served us was lovely and understanding of our terrible accent 😂, the food was quick and high quality! A real treat!

We didn't try the food; it was just okay for a few pints. We went in because it didn't look very crowded, but they had live music. The bar area isn't very big, and we ordered pints that were served in plastic cups... For me, that's a crime. The price was the usual, and the service was a bit slow. That's all.

Lovely place for a bite or a pint. Perfect for a drink before the bus as the bus station is right outside the bar.

A good restaurant for smoked meats, especially brisket. The mac and cheese and sweet potato fries are also highly recommended. Prices aren't too high compared to other places in Dublin.
