Great spot that’s an easy walk away from the Dunboyne Spa & Hotel. Had the surf & turf special, with prawns and ribeye. Ordered the ribeye rare, and it was cooked perfectly. It came with a lovely sauce and rich, creamy mashed potatoes underneath. 10/10 would recommend!

We were hungry and stopped in, more of an Italian menu than steak house which might be confusing but I can only speak to the pasta which was good. Friendly staff.

Myself and my partner came up from Dundalk we were staying in the Dunboyme Castle. Great food and great service. Will definitely be back. Good atmosphere and all staff very friendly and ever so helpful.

Just happened to be passing through Dunboyne and stopped for a break glad we did as this restaurant is a little gem of a place. Menu was extensive and hard to choose it has an Italian theme. Prices good value . Service great and friendly waiter. Would recommend a visit and hope to return soon.

27/12/2024: Bit quiet as a pub but lovely food, had the fillet on the stone and, another time, fish and chips, both very good. Not really a pub just for drinking though they do put sports on but without sound. Decent Guinness. Lovely staff, unlike Mulvanys.
