Bistro Bianconi in Sligo

Two of my favourite pizzas served here. The base is usually good and the Michelangelo is quality

I had a great experience. I personally liked my own meal, the fish of the day that I forgot the name of, but it was a bit chewy but I think that’s just me. And my mom’s margarita pizza was the best cheese pizza I’ve ever tasted. Brother’s Chicken wings were a bit bland. But overall very good! Waiter was friendly and the atmosphere was cosy and overall great experience.

We had the best day at our Day 2 Upstairs in Bistro. The food was ideal, everyone loved it. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The space Upstairs in Bistro is exclusive and it was perfect for our celebrations where we could have music and our own bar. Cannot recommend it enough. Thanks to Gillian and all the team for looking after us all so well 😊
