Lovely food and rosé, great atmosphere. Specifically want to shout out our server Alona who was such a joy - so attentive, friendly, funny, and gave us great recommendations for the rest of our evening in Sligo town. Thank you so much, you’re an angel!!

For over 25yrs the best restaurant in Sligo by far .. Good menu ,great service reasonable prices Christmas menu was overpriced and €54 service charge was excessive very excitement night out .. it was over packed and too warm .. exploiting the Christmas season ..

We had a delicious dinner tonight at Bistro Bianconi....not only was the food amazing, but they also made a fantastic dry martini! Best of all was our superb server Andrew! He knew we were from the US and took the time to tell us all about Sligo and went out of his way to get answers for us for all of our tourist questions. It was our favorite dining experience in Sligo!

Bistro Bianconi has been serving people in Sligo for 30+years and it is as popular as ever. The owner Pat Grimes is very 'hands on' and it shows in the quality of the food and in the service provided.

01/10/2024: Fun late bar. They have a dj on a giant stage. Looks weird but the dancing was fun. One crazy thing is the security stand on the stage flex and stare down the crowd. One of the funniest things I seen in my life. Just standing there watching the crowd looking cool lol. Actually the security guy on the night had a mullet lol. Really. So funny. Cute actually. Fun place if you’re drunk.

29/08/2024: Workers are nice it's a little bit cramped could use renovation none the less great experience and lovely food especially the cookies always soft! 100% recommend.
