Bistro Bianconi in Sligo

I had a great experience. I personally liked my own meal, the fish of the day that I forgot the name of, but it was a bit chewy but I think that’s just me. And my mom’s margarita pizza was the best cheese pizza I’ve ever tasted. Brother’s Chicken wings were a bit bland. But overall very good! Waiter was friendly and the atmosphere was cosy and overall great experience.

We had the best day at our Day 2 Upstairs in Bistro. The food was ideal, everyone loved it. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The space Upstairs in Bistro is exclusive and it was perfect for our celebrations where we could have music and our own bar. Cannot recommend it enough. Thanks to Gillian and all the team for looking after us all so well 😊

My new favourite restaurant in Sligo. Central location, great vibe, lovely staff, excellent food and wine. I recommend their signature dish. Absolutely delicious! Parking is a bit tricky, especially in the evening when most of the big car parks are closed. On street parking is free after 7.

Good pizza - a bit too oily for my taste... but everyone has their own preference 😄 The service was impeccable despite the restaurant being full. We had a table for two in the middle. It was a bit hectic around us. If you want a cozy atmosphere, reserve a table by the window.

We visited the place to get a cup of coffee, the coffee was really nice , the service great and the ambient even better. Clean toilets as well!

Excellent food. My coworkers and I have come here several times to eat. Very friendly staff, as is the owner.

The Bistro is one of Sligo towns best restaurants and my recent visit didn't disappoint. Catriona (our server) was a breath of fresh air, the menu has great variety but most impressive of all are the old favourites or as they appear on the menu signature dishes, which haven't changed much down the years. Well done Pat and team the consistency in terms of food and service is a credit to you all.

Lovely staff, great service and good food.

The lovely staff who work here and looked after us from greeting us on the door, through to the waitress who brought our food and drinks and gave us recommendations are a credit to this restaurant. Everything was such a lovely experience, great wine, great food and great atmosphere.
