Bistro Bianconi in Sligo

Best pizza in Ireland! We had the Classic Margherita and it was fantastic. Also try the Caprese. Thanks to Cathrina for the great service.

We had the Bianconi pizza and the lasagna, and both were excellent. After traveling around Ireland and trying Italian food in several places, this was definitely one of our favorite meals. The pizza had a great crust with quality toppings, and the lasagna was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. What really made the evening stand out, though, was our waitress, Isabelle. She was genuinely kind, friendly, and attentive without ever feeling over the top. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down, and that kind of service is something you remember long after the meal is over. Thank you, Isabelle, for making our last dinner in Ireland such a great experience. We’ll happily be back the next time we’re in Sligo.

Fabulous place. We didn't think we'd get in without a booking but we had a lovely table for two. Our waitress Ema (sorry if I spelt it incorrectly)was incredibly helpful with the wine which was superb. We had steak and it was cooked just right for us ...just big portions and I couldn't eat it all ...highly recommended

I went in with 6 others lads after finishing up college the other day. We all thought the food was really good. Good portions, Michaelangolo pizza absolutely unreal. Very good freindly staff and service. And good value for money.

Great food, great atmosphere, our favourite evening time restaurant in Sligo...can be difficult to get table at times, so as with all good restaurants a victim of it's own success.....

What a hidden gem. We stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. Delicious food made better by exceptional service. The young ladies were pleasant, bright and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place !! Me and my boyfriend went for dinner and were delighted with it !! Amazing food and very inclusive as they have many gluten free/vegan/vegetarian options. We did have to wait on our server for a good bit of the night so it did ruin our atmosphere a little but overall this place is amazing !!
