Had fab take away breakfast for 11 people on Friday. Food was fab and great service thank you so much

Spent a couple mornings getting breakfast here, everything was delicious! Well-cooked with a few vegetarian options. Great filter coffee available as well. The restaurant has plenty of seating while still maintaining a cozy atmosphere, and the staff are warm and friendly! There is also plenty of parking outside for Blas customers.

Blas is an absolute gem in Donegal Town 🌿 — a place where warm hospitality meets exceptional food. The setting is cosy yet stylish, with a lovely balance of modern touches and rustic charm that makes you want to linger. The staff are genuinely welcoming and attentive. You can tell they care about both the food and the people they serve. On my visit, I had the breaded chicken fillet burger 🍔 — perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and tender chicken fillet , served in a fresh bun with vibrant, well-seasoned chips and side salad. For dessert, I went for the marbled red velvet brownie 🍫🍰, which was rich, indulgent, and beautifully presented — the kind of sweet treat you remember long after the last bite. The relaxed atmosphere make Blas a must-visit. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or just coffee and cake ☕, you’ll leave feeling well-fed and well-looked-after. Highly recommended for locals and visitors alike 🌟. I would recommend to pre book the slot for lunch or breakfast even on the weekdays as they are absolutely favorites for the locals. It also has ample of parking and is wheelchair accessible as well

I visited Blas 1st on Friday 15th August, greeted with big smile asked straight away tea/ coffee, Checked on me during the meal the meal was fabulous left a tip I loved it 😀 Saturday 16th different story no smiles no asked do I want tea or coffee ,when I asked if I could add Avocado to my order a face was made ... The bacon on my plate was like cardboard but no one came to my table to check was everything ok so I couldn't voice my disappointment, I did tell the girl who cleared my table who did apologise as the young man at the till but no totally different story to the previous day . I work in the industry myself so I know what it's like but different staff all around Saturday.... Also the Amount of people that was turned away that morning was ridiculous I know you have to cater for Hotel Guests first ...but as I always say to my Staff you have to remember its a long Quite Winter ... Day 1 loved the place Day 2 never again

One of the best restaurants I've been to in Ireland. Great value for money. We ordered the pasta and noodles, and they were incredible. The staff was also super friendly. Everything was perfect.

We were here for breakfast, and it all tasted really good, the waitresses were really nice and seemed to really like what they do.

We had such a lovely breakfast here today! Donna was so welcoming and even gave us some recommendations for breakfast. The Blas platter is a great idea if you want to try out 2 dishes but aren’t sure which to get and can even have a mixture of savoury and sweet. 🥞🍳
