Bloom Brasserie in Dublin

From the start to finish I couldn’t fault the food or service. The menu is very well balanced with something for everyone. All dish can be made coeliac friendly which is great as my wife is a coeliac. The herb, garlic, butter and lemon prawns are to die for, paired with rocket it gives the dish a sweet and bitter balance that works very well. The duck was cooked to perfection with wilted spinach and fondant potatoes. Absolutely 10/10. My wife had the salmon which came with French beans and sautéed potatoes, this was also extremely good and I’m not a salmon fan but I’d give it a 10/10. Our waitress Katie was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and informed us that everything can be made coeliac friendly which is a pure delight.

Great food and lovely atmosphere, we really enjoyed our visit. The best part was the fantastic service, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of. Would recommend for a nice dinner date!!

We met here just prior to a meeting at the Department of Health. We couldn't have asked for better service, they understood the situation, allowed us time to talk and be briefed, and then served us promptly. Great place, great food, great staff. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

The food was very good. First a caramelized pear salad, second a fish of the day (salmon) and vegetables. Very good and attentive service, the only thing is that the place was a little empty.

I had the chance to dine at Bloom Brasserie with my partner after it was recommended to us, and what a surprise—it was absolutely PERFECT in every way! We were warmly welcomed, and although our table was near the kitchen, it was fascinating to watch the chefs at work and see the seamless coordination of the staff. As for the food, it was simply FABULOUS! I ordered my ribeye steak blue, and the cooking was spot on—the meat was incredibly flavorful! The same goes for the duck breast my partner had—it was cooked to perfection. To top it all off, the dessert was stunning! Sure, the dishes aren’t cheap, but they are absolutely worth it. One thing is certain—I will be dining here again on my next trip to Dublin! French: I was able to eat at the Bloom Brasserie with my partner because the restaurant had been recommended to us, and the surprise was total! It was PERFECT in every way. We were perfectly welcomed, the table was certainly close to the kitchens but it was interesting to see the preparation of the dishes and the ballet of the waiters. Regarding the dishes, it was simply FABULOUS! I wanted a "Blue" cooking method for my entrecôte, the cooking was perfectly mastered, and the meat was tasty! It was the same for the duck breast that my partner got! The dessert at the end of the meal was sublime! So certainly the dishes aren't cheap, but it's definitely worth it! What is certain is that I would go back to eat there the next time I come to Dublin!

To celebrate my first 60 years, the choice of this place was perfect. Suggestive environment, we enjoyed every course. A tasting of delicious cheeses, an incredible aperitif (the Blath-tini), my husband had a nice black angus steak, I had some excellent prawns in a lemon, garlic and herb sauce. The polite and precise staff presented me with dessert while I enjoyed a Baileys coffee. Thank you♡♡♡♡♡

Não há muitas palavras para descrever nossa excelente experiência nesse restaurante. Sobre a comida, o mais impressionante é a consistência da qualidade entre cada elemento pedido. A salada, a carne, os acompanhamentos, a sobremesa... tudo estava extremamente saboroso igual. Se percebe que houve um cuidado com o elemento visual da comida também. O atendimento foi bom, gentil e agradável. Se por fora é difícil de imaginar o que esperar, por dentro a surpresa se torna visível e agradável. Os utensílios são de boa qualidade, o local é bem limpo e bem organizado. Há uma boa musica ambiente também. Este lugar certamente é um que vale a pena ir e retornar.
