Bloom Brasserie in Dublin

I had the chance to dine at Bloom Brasserie with my partner after it was recommended to us, and what a surprise—it was absolutely PERFECT in every way! We were warmly welcomed, and although our table was near the kitchen, it was fascinating to watch the chefs at work and see the seamless coordination of the staff. As for the food, it was simply FABULOUS! I ordered my ribeye steak blue, and the cooking was spot on—the meat was incredibly flavorful! The same goes for the duck breast my partner had—it was cooked to perfection. To top it all off, the dessert was stunning! Sure, the dishes aren’t cheap, but they are absolutely worth it. One thing is certain—I will be dining here again on my next trip to Dublin! French: I was able to eat at the Bloom Brasserie with my partner because the restaurant had been recommended to us, and the surprise was total! It was PERFECT in every way. We received a perfect welcome. While the table was close to the kitchen, it was interesting to watch the dishes being prepared and the waiters' choreography. As for the food, it was simply FABULOUS! I had requested "Blue" cooking for my ribeye steak, and it was perfectly cooked, and the meat was delicious! The same was true for the duck breast my partner had! The dessert that rounded off the meal was sublime! While the dishes aren't cheap, they're definitely worth it! One thing is certain: I'll eat there again the next time I'm in Dublin!

To celebrate my first 60 years, the choice of this place was perfect. Suggestive environment, we enjoyed every course. A tasting of delicious cheeses, an incredible aperitif (the Blath-tini), my husband had a nice black angus steak, I had excellent prawns in lemon garlic and herb sauce. The polite and precise staff gave me a dessert while I enjoyed a Baileys coffee. Thank you♡♡♡♡♡

Came here for our 1 year wedding anniversary dinner and we were disappointed given all the positive reviews we read. Maybe it was the night that was in it because it was a few hours after the Ireland v France match. First off, we found out when we arrived that we had to have the 3 course match day menu and couldn’t order off the a la carte menu. We ordered a glass of wine each — the waiter gave me a standard measure and then gave my husband way less. Bit annoying when you’re paying 9.75 for a glass. The food was okay; nothing special. We both got the ribeye and my husband’s cut of beef wasn’t great compared to mine. The dessert saved the meal though and brought this review from 2 to 3 stars — the cheesecake and crumble were excellent. Overall, disappointed we shelled out over 200 euro for this meal on our anniversary. Felt a bit cheated.

Food while nice, not great value for money, also sides way too small. Had scallops for starter, steak and side of fries for the mains. Service great, friendly and professional in equal measures. Restaurant a little bit dark. Need to up their game on food front, overpriced.

A salada, a carne, os acompanhamentos, a sobremesa... tudo estava extremamente saboroso igual. Se percebe que houve um cuidado com o elemento visual da comida também. O atendimento foi bom, gentil e agradável. Se por fora é difícil de imaginar o que esperar, por dentro a surpresa se torna visível e agradável. Os utensílios são de boa qualidade, o local é bem limpo e bem organizado. Há uma boa musica ambiente também. Este lugar certamente é um que vale a pena ir e retornar.

Visited last Friday in a group of 8 in Dublin for the rugby. Our second visit, and once again an excellent experience. Great food, good range of wines and a lively atmosphere.

If you are in Dublin, prioritize getting into Bloom!! Ross and the team are so welcoming, attentative and the food is always 10/10! You can't get better service elsewhere in Dublin, trust me!! Always a treat!!

Brought a group of 30-ish here for a business dinner. Paraic was super-helpful getting everything organized ahead of time, and provided the best group package we've found in 15+ years of running these events, complete with great little details like printing our logo on the custom menus - several of us kept them as souvenirs. We arrived from a rather damp walk to find the place thoroughly charming and welcoming, with the perfect space for our event, and Paraic and his team equally warm and friendly. The food was uniformly excellent, with several people saying it was the best dinner our organization has ever laid on (and there have been quite a few good ones). The scallop and black pudding starter was really very special, and my main of salmon was also superb. Others were clearly enjoying their options. Drinks were great too, and kept flowing well throughout the night. Huge thanks to all the staff for laying on such an excellent evening for our rather chaotic group - I'm seriously considering a personal trip back to Dublin so I can go again for a more relaxed feast.
