Just have to report on one of the best dining experience we recently thoroughly enjoyed in The Award winning Blue Apron restaurant in Tullamore. The food was excellent, plenty of options, the staff were most helpful and very friendly. Absolutely fabulous. We will be back .Highly recommend

Amazing food and I think it’s the best in the town from quality of food, variety, taste and presentation and even the staff.😊
I recommend The Blue Apron to all as it is Truly Irish ☘️🇮🇪☘️ I recommend The Blue Apron to all of those who live in Ireland. My daughter loves to visit there often and we do take her just for the fact that quality of food especially lamb and beef. Friendly staff too.

Came across it by accident while staying in Tullamore. Absolutely great food - flavoursome, elaborate and delicious. Really fresh ingredients, sauses well suited and not overpowering, great combination of different flavours well put together. Highly recommend. Brilliant host. Good wine list. Great value for what our meal was. Loved it and definitely will be back again if in Tullamore.

A warm and welcoming restaurant with truly impressive vegetarian and vegan food. It's rare to have such choice with a separate menu of vegetarian and vegan starters and mains, but even more rare that the food is then of such a high standard. There's a talented creative chef at work here with dedication and great attention to detail.
Firstly, there is a wonderfully warm welcome by the team and you feel so well looked after throughout - you're seated and served with lovely breads and butter to start you off.
We then had two mains: the Creamy Chestnut Mushroom Strogonoff with Confit Garlic Bread and Pilaff Rice was delicious, with great depth of flavour. The Golden Bulgar, Feta and Parsley Cakes with Red Pepper Escabeche and Cucumber Raita was, however, the star of the show - absolutely delicious. All portions were very generous as well and you get mash and vegetables served on the side, with a reminder to ask for more if you want it.
Other things on the vegetarian menu mains that we didn't try included: Imam Bayaldi: Fried Aubergine, Sweet Onion, Roasted Pine Nuts, Allspice, Warm Tomato and Red Pepper Couli; Wild Mushroom and Cashel Blue Cheese Lasagne; and four other equally delicious sounding dishes.
For dessert we shared a Confit Rhubard and Creme Fraiche Eton Mess - the texture and taste of the rhubarb was really lovely and the dessert was more light and refreshing that it might have been with ordinary double cream.
With a few glasses of very good Montepulchiano, the bill at the end was certainly very reasonable for the quality of food.
All in all, it was a pleasant surprise to stumble upon such a lovely warm and welcoming restaurant with such outstanding creative food and true commitment and attention to detail in all they do. They deserve their plaudits.

Anders als erwartet, aber dennoch gut. Bei der Vorspeise war der "Toast Melba" leider kein Toast Melba, sondern einfach nur ein viel zu hart gebackener Toast, die Entenleberpastete war etwas weich, aber schmackhaft. Das Hauptgericht (Lamm) war lecker und reichlich! Nachtisch war gut. Dass wir an unserem Tisch hören konnten, wie der Koch oder der Besitzer das Personal zusammenschrie, war nicht so schön! Das Essen hat mit Fine Dining wie wir es kennen nicht viel zu tun, es war aber gutes, leckeres Essen.
