Lack of consistency. When ordering an iced latte, the girl needed to check if there was ice, and she actually came back bringing ice, thank you! But then when it came to the coffee, the barista was about to use sugar free syrup before asking which one we want. Then when we said which syrup we actually want, she used a triple, if not higher, dose. We had to come back and return it because it was overly sweet.
