Bovine in Portlaoise

Probably the best veggie burger I’ve had in Ireland. Absolutely love it!

Third time here...Food is excellent..Burgers are very tasty. I had the Korean Chicken this time, excellent. Chips have a little too much salt, so we order without the salt but with the side sauce. Good value for money and we always leave full..

Top notch Burgers and more! Great little restaurant. Lovely staff, and proprietor Michael and partner give great customer service. Also do takeaway and can order and eat below in Shellys Bar. 10/10

I am not exaggerating one bit when I say this is hands down the best burger I have ever had in my entire life. 100000000/10

This is my new favourite place in Portlaoise. The food is so tasty and fresh. Flavour combos are fabulous, staff are super and the food quality is consistent, in both the restaurant itself and delivery. I highly recommend this - there's something to suit everyone; from smashed beef burgers to chicken to vegetarian. The quality food leaves you feeling happily full - it's a proper, freshly prepared meal, not fast food. The restaurant itself has been refurbished and the stairs is now wide with relatively shallow steps and a sturdy handrail so it's far more accessible now than what it was with previous businesses.

Great tasting food, good friendly service. Takeout food is just as good.

The best smash burger in Ireland. We got the Jammy and the Classic and sweet potato fries. All were delicious

Great cocktails! The girls are helpful, warm, and friendly. Excellent burgers, tenders, and sweet potato fries 👍😉

Cocktail & Burger Bar.... Does exactly what it says on the tin! Good cocktails, excellent smash burgers and lovely staff, awesome loaded fries available too.... What are you waiting for, get in there 😉

Excellent burgers, the staff were so friendly and we were served really quickly. There was nothing we could fault.
