Bowes Ryan Restaurant in Limerick

I’m a regular customer and have recommended this place to many of my family and friends. The staff are usually so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I did have one disappointing experience. When I asked for a takeaway cup because I hadn't finished my cappuccino yet, a staff member named Lisa was very rude to me. It was surprising because it was so different from the warm and friendly service I usually receive here. I hope this was just an isolated incident, as I truly enjoy coming to this café and would love for every customer to have the same positive experience I've had most of the time.

Michelle and Mary (and the rest) are absolutely brilliant , we have lunch there Monday to Friday and the girls look after us with speedy service and great food

Excellent customer service and great range of food. Michelle and Mary never fail to make me laugh when I'm there.

Honestly they have the best mixed berries waffles. But the customer service is not up to mark. The asian lady who took the order is not at all welcoming.
