Boylans Bar in Ardee

14/10/2024: A friend recommended Muldoons, so we drove an hour for a fairly average dinner. The location is fine, and the service was friendly . My fillet steak was simply not a good cut , it was surprisingly fatty, although cooked well . Frozen chips in a restaurant are a simple no for me . Muldoons, to be fair, was busy, so I assume we just were unlucky, but I doubt if I would return unless I was passing through Ardee.

18/07/2024: Called in for lunch, the food was generous in portion size and absolutely delicious, Lasagne was homemade, came with an option of chips or potato and veg, a big meal that would fill any large gap. My chicken salad was freshly prepared with crispy lettuce and delicious cherry tomatoes etc and a generous helping of chicken. Highly recommend. Friendly staff and lovely decor. We will be back.
