The Fish Pie was delicious and the Mushroom Dish on sourdough equally so. Would definitely have both dishes again. Liam looked after us and his service was exceptional. A very tasty menu, different. Side portion of beautifully cooked Chips. Really lovely seasoning on side, quality ingredients and exceptional service. A beautiful freshly baked and warm baby brown scone (nutty and lovely flavour and texture) served with homemade butter, really lovely. Compliments to the Chef and the lovely owner Sam. Two words to describe everything: So Lovely.

Haute Cuisine in Laois Located on the main street of the lovely town of Abbeyleix you will find a gem called “Bramley”. You will find it in the Michelin Guide for Ireland, too. Nice and cosy interior, excellent staff and divine dishes. We had the tasting menu, and the 8 courses were not only very well presented, but heavenly delicious. Free local produce from around Laois made for a wonderful experience, from the first starter right through to the two deserts which rounded up a gourmet evening. We will definitely be back.

Fab experience, definitely worth a short trip from Dublin, depending on the traffic 🙃🙃 We went for a tasting menu priced 75€ is exceptional value, 7 courses excecuted perfectly, especially with tricky stuff like souffle and quail indeed shows Sams pedigree, Their wine list has very low markup and you can get some stunning wines for a great deal!

Really excellent night in Bramley, had the tasting menu at €75 per head, well worth it, great value. Sadly had to drive so could not hop of the wine. Short list but covers the main regions. All in all would definitely recommend.
