Lovely place great staff,especially the security staff very efficient and helpful

Cracking hotel I really like it and very handy on the n11 for getting into town and plenty of parking out the back. There's a very nice bar and also a Brand new gym so everything you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. The price for the quality of rooms and locations is very fair. The receptionists are always very helpful and the rest of the staff seem happy to oblige.

We were very pleased with the service and accessibility to gluten free food and staff were very helpful with this need, we will definitely be coming back.

Nice hotel not far from the city centre and from the Sea. Small but good equipped gym good breakfast. No bed bugs !

Friendly service, good food and bar with big screen l,large carpark, good size rooms with good lighting {some hotel rooms are so dimly lit} good for corporate , gymnasium. Also the room maids are very helpful

Nice welcome at reception, the room was absolutely spotless, comfortable, tastefully decorated and very welcome tea making facilities. User friendly shower, decent sized towels and we used the ironing board. Drinking water was supplied. Staff were always courteous and friendly. Have recommended the hotel to several friends and family on foot of this experience. Keep up the good work!

This could be a really nice hotel however carpets in a lot of the tooms are severely stained and that makes the rooms feel Dirty. Check in was OK, nightporter refused to serve room service saying it would take about 1.45 for a sandwich and because of the cost it would be easier ordering from just eats. However very nice manageress the following day offered me and. My colleague a free lunch to apologise for the lack Of customer service. So maybe it's just the night shift that don't want to do their jobs.

One night stopover here and needed to depart really early to catch a flight. The reception staff arranged a taxi for us and, because we were too early for breakfast, provided a little selection of breakfast items for each of us to take away. A truly lovely touch. Our room was clean and comfortable and our six year old was thrilled to find treats left on his bed. Great service and friendly, thoughtful staff.

Fabulous Hotel, great location, only minutes from the M50. Lovely Friendly Staff.
