Bedroom was very nice and beds were comfortable. Could have provided water in the room but we availed of the tea facilities. Check in staff very friendly. Did not use restaurant or breakfast. Decor a bit dated but very reasonably priced. Would recommend hotel for budget friendly travelling.

Very easy to get to from the M50. Room was perfect for me. I would have liked a bottle of drinking water in the room. All the rest of the facilties were great. Breakfast, carvery lunch and evening meal were fabulous. The service from all the staff was impeccable. I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you 😊

At Talbot Hotel for an event with my family. Room was fantastic, clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. Had dinner in the bar, bar staff were brilliant with the children and the singer that evening was great with the children also. Overall very enjoyable.

I requested a room with a walk in shower and received a beautiful room. I also found the staff in reception both polite and very professional. When up in Dublin I always try to stay in the Talbot.

I stayed here for a 2nd time and had a blast again. Staff were lovely and helpful. They forgot the prosecco I had ordered for the room and reception had it sorted fast when I asked about it. Would stay again 100%

All staff are friendly and efficient. Rooms comfortable and clean. Convenient for Blackrock Clinic early morning appointments. Dining in The Brass is pleasant and delicious. Breakfasts very tasty.

Pleasantly surprised - for the money, this is a great option. Pleasant staff on check in/out, room spotless, water dispenser on each floor, good choices for breakfast. Lots of parking available. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

27/01/2026: Stayed here for five nights and would stay here again. Room was well appointed, lovely and clean, air conditioned, with a clothes iron and hair dryer if needed, free WiFi and great selection of Tv and radio channels as well as a safe for your valuables and the obligatory kettle with teas coffees milk and sugar and cups. Loved being able to open a window for some fresh air and being able to control the room temperature by yourself, but it can be noisy outside below on the street at the tram stop, especially at night. Over all the room was lovely immaculately clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay here again.

The Garden Room

04/03/2026: I had a wonderful experience at The Garden Rooms. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was just as impressive. The staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel truly looked after. Wael was a fantastic server — friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. I would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back!
