Glas in Dublin

A great place if you want to treat yourself with some fancy vegetarian experience (but might be not the best choice for hungry people) - everything is pleasant for your eyes, taste and smell, including dishes, interior, drinks, people around.. Will definitely return when I visit Dublin next time.

In my opinion this is the best vegetarian restaurant in Dublin and very likely the best in Ireland. The flavours from the food are delightful, and the whole dining experience is wonderful. I have been dining here for many years and the many friends I bring here say they have never tasted food so delicious and delightful. It is the perfect place for a special dining experience. The staff are friendly, attentive and love to tell the diners about the dishes they are about to eat. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very relaxing and it is an ideal place to impress guests. I dine there time and time again because the food, presentation, and friendliness of staff is perfect. It's the place to go to for a nutritious and delicious relaxing meal.

Excellent gluten-free vegetarian dishes. 2 courses were sufficient. 4 course is dessert. Service was a delight. At each table no one was on their cells but busy in conversations but noise level was not adversely impacted. The place was relaxed. Definitely worth a visit. The menu changes every 3 months or so.

Great tasting food but two broccoli stems doesn't constitute a meal.

It is hard to find vegan cuisine at the best of times. It is then sometimes impossible finding good, non-pub style vegan food. But to discover a Michelin gastronomic sensation such as Glas, combined with uncompromising wonderful service....well, it is pure gold. Paul is a rock star, but all the staff are fabulous. Highly recommended

Excellent. It’s a tragedy how rare it is to find restaurants who have more of a vegetarian option than a one pot. The menu was diverse, exciting, healthy and delicious. Would love to come back. They made it the perfect occasion for a surprise birthday dinner.

5 star experience through and through. Had a superb meal here with my wife. Did feel a touch expensive but I knew that going in. The food was exquisite.

Glas was outstanding. From the first moment I stepped foot through the door, the staff acknowledged me and quickly sat me down. They were extremely attentive and friendly yet professional the whole time. The food was incredibly tasty and flavourful. The chef is creative and mixing flavours I would have never thought work together but everything was delicious. Portions were perfectly proportioned to be satisfied and enjoy every bite. I had the vegan options and wish I lived closer so I could enjoy eating here more often. The cocktail of the month I had was also wonderful. But I will absolutely return. I can't recommend this place enough. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. An absolute diamond of a place!

The food was very elaborate and unique; it was a wonderful experience! Highly recommended for everyone, with different and surprising flavors. The restaurant has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
