It’s scandalous that Glas doesn’t have a Michelin star.
I’ve tried a wide variety of restaurants in Dublin over the last 3 months, and Glas is heads and shoulders above the rest (and I’m not a vegetarian).
The flavours, the combinations, the presentation, the front of house and the atmosphere all set you up for one of the best night’s you’ll have.
And if you go out of the more popular serving hours, the price is also unbelievable. Make the most of this while it’s affordable!

Had such a lovely evening at Glas catching up with friends — we were celebrating a birthday and a mum-to-be, so it felt like a really special occasion. The team went out of their way to look after us, with a few complimentary treats that made it even more memorable.
The food was something a bit different from what I’m used to, but absolutely delicious. Everything was beautifully presented, and each dish was explained to us when it arrived, which added to the experience.
The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed — we felt completely in our own little bubble and hardly noticed anyone else around us. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout.
Overall, a really enjoyable night. I’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend it.

I'm not a vegetarian myself but my wife, son and daughter in law are. Well I was plesently amazed at how delicious my main course of Confit King Oyster Mushroom was.
The starter I got was Cured Turnip, lovely too. And I finished it off with White Asparagus 'Alfajores' pure indulgence.
Great atmosfere too relaxed and efficient service. So if you want to impress a veggie friend you could drag them to Glas. Enjoy

Our first time at Glas, but definitely not the last 🤩
We had the vegan tasting menu and it was packed with flavour, especially the white asparagus Alfajor!! We also got to talk to our lovely server Connie after she recommended the perfect wine. She told us a little more about each of the dishes and we loved the chef’s creativity. 10/10 overall!

I cant speak higher of this place! The presentation, the tastes, the staff, the venue, the cost. It was my second time eating here and it did not disappoint. To eat such high end food, with so many options on the menu as a vegetarian, at such fair prices is an absolute delight. Thankyou for creating Glas!

Outstanding as always. Every foodie owes it to themselves to visit here at least once. The food is genuine fine dining at its best. Menus are refreshed regularly. All staff are experienced professionals in hospitality. The decor and ambiance is a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. And the early/late bird menu is absolutely amazing value.

A gorgeous and great value dining experience. The staff are very attentive and the food is well thought out and presented. A real treat for a vegan like myself, and my non-veggie partner also thoroughly enjoyed it. Perfect for a special occasion.

We had a fantastic experience at Glas Restaurant! The plant-based fine dining here is absolutely top-notch — every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully presented.
It is a bit on the pricey side, but honestly, it was totally worth it for the quality and creativity of the food. We loved everything about our visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable plant-based dining experience.
The food was amazing, and the service was exceptionally good.

I don’t usually write reviews but honestly, we ate here last October and I had some carrots that changed my life. I think I’ll still be thinking about them for many years to come. Divine.
I should also mention, we had a fantastic waiter who took excellent care of us and I really felt like he was trying to make the most of our experience.
Would highly recommend to anyone (especially vegans) visiting Dublin. Truly lovely!
