Staff so friendly, food very good. Excellent .

We made an impromtu visit on Friday evening and although the restaurant was very busy we were offered a table for two by the bar which was fine. The slow cooked lamb was the best I've ever had and the service was excellent.

The food was decilious! Great customer service. I highly recommend it!

Brasserie on the Corner in Galway is a must-visit! I had the seafood chowder to start, and it was packed with fresh, flavorful seafood in a rich, creamy broth—just perfect. For the main, the ribeye steak was cooked exactly as I like it, tender and juicy with excellent seasoning. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Whether you're craving seafood or steak, this place delivers in every way!

Amazing seafood chowder and guinness!

What an amazing little find in Galway. The tour I was on stopped in Galway and we asked one of the hotel receptionists for recommendations on a steak place. We didn't have reservations and we got very lucky that there was room at the bar. Our waiter Alan was exactly what we needed. He gave incredible recommendations and when more of our tour's guest showed up, he was able to accommodate them as well. My steak was a perfect mid-rare and the sauce was heaven. I know Alan didn't have anything to do with our drinks, but my old fashions were the perfect accompaniment. I would highly recommend trying this gem... just make sure to get reservations.

Absolutely A+!! Terrific food and terrific service. I had the sea trout with one of the best mock tails I've ever had - perfectly not too sweet and a lot of flavor. All the staff we talked with were so kind and accommodating. The sticky toffee pudding was worth coming back for. Chef's kiss!

The staff and surroundings were lovely. The food was underwhelming. I was hoping for better as this was a top rated restaurant which we chose based on overall TripAdvisor rankings. We ordered the fish and chips and the chicken club sandwich. The fish breading was doggy on the bottom and the sandwich was pretty underwhelming. Chips, side salad were just fine. We were sadly disappointed.

WE had a nice evening here during our trip to Galway. We had no reservation but after 15 minutes spent at the bar with a beer we were seated. Staff were lovely. We ordered mussels to start and Pork Belly and Lamb to follow. Food was delicious. Good value for money.
