Brazco Coffee Academy in Oranmore

Have been visiting this cafe for years and really enjoy the food here particularly the pastries which are always so lovely and fresh unlike other establishments particularly during weekend periods. The service has always been good and there is a guy there with moustache who is often the first point of contact at the till land he is so avcommodating and just generally very welcoming and pleasant. Yes, it can be a little packedand noisy but in my opinion this adds to the overall atmosphere.

Attended this restaurant Dec 24th this year for lunch with 2 more friends. Restaurant busy with the festive season. We requested table for 3 adults & waiter had one for us. When we went to be seated the table was way too small, I asked if any other one available he said no. We would rather have waited than sit & be squashed. Absolute ridiculous the table was only for 2, one of my friends was over 6ft, everything was just on top of each other on the the table, just a mess. We were given our tea but then no food appeared for at least 15minutes plus later. Tea like tar it was so long in the pot just tasted awful. Food should be served all together. Understand the place was busy surely staff can judge table size better than that & the same with the food. Have eaten many times there and food is lovely. It wasn't a bit comfortable & took the good out of our day. Carol
