The best restaurants in Oranmore

18/10/2026: Up from Cork for a few days and stumbled across this little gem . What an absolute treat , although very busy we were seated within minutes . The food was so fresh, plentiful and just beyond delicious , the quality really shines through . Well done to all involved , this place alone would entice us back to Oranmore .

21/10/2026: Friendly staff, lovely cosy but lively atmosphere when you go during peak times. Food is really delicious and there's a nice selection including some veggie options. Only downside would be I guess if you're a vegan, there isn't much of a selection on the menu, but we'll worth a trip if that doesn't stop you.

19/10/2026: English couple went here on way back from a day at Aran islands and Cliffs of Moher on way back to Galway. The most welcoming staff and other customers. Posh steak sandwich is the best steak sandwich I’ve EVER had. Lovely live music at the bar after. I want to come back!!

01/09/2026: First time visiting santoor, excellent fresh food. We went in just before closing 3 of us, the were very accommodating. Food was cooked to perfection especially the Tandoori mixed and personal favorite chilli masala. Would highly recommend a visit

30/09/2025: This place is a good option to stay near Galway, the room is fine, nothing special very simple and require some basic renovation, our stay was pleasant but for what we payed we probably could find something much better and closer to town. The best here is the restaurant and the staff, even if didn't have dinner due it was fully booked the night we stayed, we had breakfast there next day and it was really good. Parking is small but enough, we had to wait for a while to be able to park but is included with no extra cost which is fine.

05/10/2026: Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The food was genuinely delicious, but what really stood out was the service. We had some of the kindest and most welcoming service we’ve experienced in Ireland, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so well looked after. I’m not usually a big fan of Indian food, but this restaurant completely changed my mind! Every dish we had was full of flavour and beautifully prepared. Oran Tandoori is somewhere I would happily recommend to anyone.
