14/07/2026: We really enjoyed our steak here, service is great. The only thing one could complain about is the volume (rather noisy) and the distractions from the TV screens, but still 5 stars.

16/07/2026: Had a lovely meal in Basilico, Oranmore. We had the goat’s cheese salad and the pasta of the day, and both were fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented. It was a beautiful day, so we sat outside and had plenty of shade under the parasol. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and we really enjoyed our visit. We would happily return.

21/07/2026: We ordered takeaway but the owners /staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious. Plenty of options on the menu at fair prices. Overall excellent!

13/06/2026: Visited Oran Tandoori in Oranmore and had a generally good experience. The restaurant is neat, tidy, and the staff are very customer-friendly. The food overall was nice, and the onion bhajee was absolutely excellent! However, a few things to keep in mind: The Veg Samosas: At €6.50 for two, they felt overpriced, especially since they seemed to be made with frozen vegetables. The Indian Kolhapuri: A warning for fellow spice lovers! It says it's spicy on the menu, and as an Indian, I thought I could handle it—but it was on another level entirely. Proceed with caution! No Chai: I was really looking forward to a nice Indian chai to finish the meal, but unfortunately, they don't serve it. Overall, a good spot with great service, just be mindful of what you order!

06/06/2026: I have visited Glynns on a number of occasions and have never left dissatisfied. A wonderful local boozer that I would happily call my own. The pub strikes a perfect balance of old school character and modern chic. Plenty screens to watch the game, plenty corners to have a chat and a great pizza place out the back. Bonus points for also having Beamish.

06/08/2026: Peshwari naan was delicious and soft, tandoori chicken perfectly tender, lamb biryani sooo good. Jahidul our server was so attentive and polite, and also brought us an app on the house!

30/09/2025: This place is a good option to stay near Galway, the room is fine, nothing special very simple and require some basic renovation, our stay was pleasant but for what we payed we probably could find something much better and closer to town. The best here is the restaurant and the staff, even if didn't have dinner due it was fully booked the night we stayed, we had breakfast there next day and it was really good. Parking is small but enough, we had to wait for a while to be able to park but is included with no extra cost which is fine.
